Salon Policies

These policies help keep appointments on time and fair for every client at Michael Joseph Hair in Norterra, North Phoenix. If you have a question, text Michael before your visit.

Booking

There is no online booking. Appointments are set by text. Thursday through Sunday, 8am to 8pm. Closed Monday through Wednesday.

Consultations

New color and extension clients start with a consultation. It is where your hair is assessed, your goals are discussed, and pricing is explained. Consultation fee or credit toward services: [confirm].

Deposits

Cancellations and Rescheduling
